I absolutely love CrossFit Fe. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to achieve more than I thought possible. The community here is fantastic too; everyone cheers each other on, creating a motivating and friendly atmosphere. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. I’m in my post partum era (4 months) and the coaches are wonderful at helping me modify my workouts and movements. Joining the Iron Athletics Family has been one of the BEST decisions I could have ever made. Over two years ago, I was headed to the next decade of life. Studies show that as we age [W over 50 and M over 60] we loose 2% of our muscle mass each year. Well let me tell you this is real and eye opening. Joining a new gym is always a little scary, but walking into Iron Athletics I knew I found my new spot. Coaches are passionate about quality and will gently push you out of your comfort zone. Gym is clean and well-equipped. Members are all cool people who just wanna get a work out in and go home (no mean-girls or gym-bros here). If you're thinking about joining a gym, or dropping in just to try it out, just do it, you wont regret it!
