Love breakfast here! Everything I have had from the menu is great. My husband loves the green chili and usually has carnitas and steak added to the bowl. My regular lately is the enchiladas ranchero with over easy egg on top. Soooo good ?.

This morning I picked up 12 large Albuquerque breakfast burritos for my offices Burrito Club. They were a hit, everyone loved them. I myself had a bacon but I also heard fantastic things for the sausage.

10/10 I will definitely be going back for more! The staff was so friendly and helped pack the large order into a box. Go here eat this and enjoy!

Pretty good spot for brunch/lunch. Wasn’t impressed with the chicken fried steak, gravy wasn’t very good and the hashbrowns were bland, but the pancakes were good and the service was great.

A Classic Diner Experience with Room for Improvement

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the opportunity to visit Santa Fe 2.0 Restaurant, and while it offered a classic old school New Mexico diner vibe, my overall experience left me with mixed feelings.

Let's start with the positive aspects. The restaurant's ambiance successfully transported me to a bygone era with its nostalgic decor and traditional diner feel. It was a delightful step back in time, which added a unique touch to the dining experience.

Now, let's move on to the food. I ordered the breakfast burrito, a staple in Santa Fe cuisine. While it was decent overall, it failed to leave a lasting impression. The flavors were average at best, lacking the depth and complexity I expected from a renowned dish like this. I found the taste to be somewhat one-dimensional, missing the vibrant and authentic elements that make Santa Fe cuisine so special.

One particular letdown was the pork green chili, an integral component of a traditional Santa Fe breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the green chili failed to meet my expectations. Its flavor profile was disappointingly limited, lacking the robust and zesty kick that characterizes authentic Santa Fe green chili. It felt like a missed opportunity to elevate the dish and truly showcase the unique flavors of the region.

Despite these disappointments, I must acknowledge the restaurant's effort to provide a classic diner experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere captured the essence of an old school New Mexico eatery.

In conclusion, Santa Fe 2.0 Restaurant offers a charming and nostalgic atmosphere that takes you back to a simpler time. However, the breakfast burrito, although satisfactory, lacked the exceptional flavors that one would hope for from a Santa Fe staple. If you're looking for an authentic and unforgettable Santa Fe dining experience, you might want to explore other options in the area.

Here is a great family owned restaurant in Longmont. Longmont has a handful of grab and go breakfast burrito joints, but this one, just went to the top of the list. I ordered the bacon, breakfast burrito half-and-half chili. The tortilla was fresh. There was plenty of egg and cubed potatoes. They did not skimp on the green chili, which had just enough spice and was very flavorful. My only complaint was the portion of bacon bits in the burrito was small. I would pay more for a little bit more meat in the burrito. Overall a great breakfast burrito, especially I just under five dollars for an average size breakfast burrito. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back for more foil to go burritos in the future. Additionally, their smothered plate breakfast burritos look very good, although I did not dry one yet.

I ordered a Breakfast Burrito to go. It was $4. I did not put a tip. A week later on my bank statement I noticed the woman that took my order added a $4 tip! Update: Thanks for response! I just checked and the amount withdrawn from my bank and it did change to the correct amount. Earlier today it did show an overcharge. Problem resolved! BTW, the burrito was great. Review updated!

This is a very, cute homey place. The food was really good, just a little salty. The service was very nice. Small town feel, not much of that anymore.

If you want a burrito the size of your arm, this is the place. Excellent pork green chili at at the right heat level. Unfussy New Mexican diner
