Everyone is very nice and the receptionist is very friendly. The nurses and doctors make you feel safe and comfortable. The place is also clean and well kept. I will definitely keep going to this place as it always tends to my needs.

Pésima atención, primeramente no hay ningún tipo de privacidad cuando uno se registra la oficina de Joliet es tan pequeña q apenas uno puede moverse. Además si uno desea presentar una queja no hay ningún tipo de supervisión, la supervisora solo “trabaja desde casa” , no lo recomiendo para nada.

una de las enfermeras la más delgada es muy déspota y grocera. Le grita a los pacientes. No se como permiten que se de ese trato. Les grita de muy mal. No se como tienen ese tipo de personal cuando la jente va a pagar por un servicio. Yo fui en varias ocasiones a laboratorios y no me quiere atender por que no tengo cita cuando el Doctor Nacho dice vente cuando gustes. Llegas y te devuelve muy grocera grutandote. Como es posible que Los dueños permitan este trato a los pacientes. Lo único que hace es gritar y negarle a uno la vicita. Con personal así de déspota como ella no dan ganas de regresar

Estoy muy satisfecha con la clínica SantaFe. Por años mi familia y mis padres son tratados por los Doctores de SantaFe que son muy profesionales y se siente uno como en casa, Le trataron a mi Papá el problema de su brazo con tanto éxito que no lo tuve que exponer a una cirugía. Definitivamente Excelentes Doctores y el trato con los Pacientes muy Bueno. Las enfermeras muy profesionales y el Front Desk muy amable. Doctores y clínicas cómo estás debería existir más sobre todo en nuestra comunidad de Joliet.
I am very Satisfied with Santa Fe Clinic in Joliet. For years my family and my Parents have been treated by the Doctors at Santa Fe. They are very Professional, the nurses treating the Patients very well and the Front Desk are very kind. I recommended this Clinic so well.

I live in the city and drive 45 minutes to get to the clinic! Definitely worth the ride due to the amazing service, with wonderful staff and doctors! If you are looking for a doctor that is compassionate, trustworthy, caring, professional, down to earth and friendly that is what they have. I only trust them for my family, love the service my family and I get at Santa Fe Family Health! Absolutely recommend them , your health will thank you!

I called this non professional office in the morning to set up an appointment and I told them what was going on with me and they schedule me for 10:45 today so I don’t get seen until 11:35 am just for the Dr. to go in there and ask me if I had a COVID test done before seeing him and I said no because your staff did not mention it to me when I called earlier, it is not fair that I was just there loosing my time. This office lacks communication, and they do not take no responsibility for their mistakes!

I went to the clinic at least 3 times. I honestly had a great experience. Waiting was about 10 minutes before I got to see the doctor. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Doctor was thorough and took his time to listen to me and hear my symptoms, which is something I rarely can find with other doctors. They took a blood test for me at the clinic and called me back with results few days later.
