Die Zimmer sind dreckig, die Bettdecke übersät mit Blutflecken und ähnlichem, die Nachttische verschmutzt mit etwas klebrigen, der Pool nicht nutzbar, kein Eis und ein grottenschlechter bis gar nicht funktionierender WLAN-Empfang. Nie wieder!!

Well…it looks nothing like the pictures. Seemed like it was/is in a constant state of decline since and now it’s boiled down to an empty pool, no road sign, beat up parking lot, and check in though a slot on an exterior window to the lobby. Gives pay per hour vibes. Somehow our room wasn’t ready until 4 (check in 2pm). The WiFi provided was the slowest I’ve ever experienced.||BUT, at least everything in the room worked as it should, except the AC which didn’t cool past 74ish until after dark. Adequate hot water and pressure. Room was clean and didn’t have any over powering odors. Large room too and the beds were decent. ||I wouldn’t recommend staying here but it at least it wasn’t so bad that we skipped on a non refundable room and went to the Marriott.

Positive: The price. When other motels we¿re over $--- this motel was priced right for the one night stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and a good pillow Negative: It¿s an old hotel and hard to maintain, I¿m sure. Because of its age it didn¿t have the electrical outlets expected in our modern age. My husband and I stayed at the Santa Fe Inn in Pueblo, CO last night. We chose it because it was the most reasonable place we could find close to o our medical facility. The clerk at the front desk was quite friendly and welcomed us. At first glance, the room appeared acceptable although it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband called and asked for something to spray the room with. She told him it was a non smoking room, but said she'd provide us with a deodorizer... which I had to eventually go and get myself. The room had a stand alone refrigerated air unit, but it wasn't sufficient to cool the room. So we asked for a fan which we received about 40 minutes later. It helped a little, but even after taking cold showers, we were still too hot to sleep. The towels and wash cloths were a purplish/blue color which, once wet, stained everything they came into contact with. The laminate floor was dirty. There was dirt and hair behind the bathroom door and dog food on the bedroom floor.|Although the website stated that there was a swimming pool, hairdryer, alarm clock, restaurant, vending machine for snacks and drinks, iron, gym and business center, and laundry facilities, there were none of those. The parking lot and grounds were ill kept, and in general the entire facility appears run down. |On a positive note, the pillows were quite nice.|Needless to say, we will not be returning, and we certainly won't recommend the Santa Fe Inn to anyone.

After reading other reviews, I was so afraid this was going to be a bad stay. The room was clean, there was no sign of bugs. The beds weren't bad, my daughter and I both got a decent nights sleep. The only problem with the room was the a/c was out. They did bring in a portable a/c and there was a box fan in the room, so the room stayed cool. We did put towels at the bottom of the window because you could see in the room at the bottom of the blinds because of the vent going to the portable a/c. TV was a little small for the room. But we didn't stay in the room to watch tv. The pool didn't have water, but that was no big deal. We did find it odd that there were no pets allowed, but there were 3 little dogs in the office that barked while we were checking in. All in all, not a bad stay!

This hotel is literally a roach coach. Do not stay here unless you’re OK with bugs crawling all over your feet. I went to go ask for a refund after a roach crawled over my toes and I freaked out and Mellissa at the front desk was very kind enough to offer me half off or another room. I kindly declined her offer and reminded her that if there’s roaches in one room, there’s roaches in all of the rooms and I did not want to stay there and I just wanted my money back and I would be on my way. She refused to give me a refund, so I just contacted Expedia who refunded me the money anyways. Thanks Mellissa I appreciate your help or lack there of.
