I had the Pollo Puebla and it was soooooo gooood!!!! My fiancè loved his food too. The place was amazing and very authentic. The salsa was very good as well. We are picky when it comes to eating Mexican but this place exceeded our expectations. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews because I am so glad we didn’t. We will definitely be back every time we are in Greensboro!

There was a big party finishing up when we arrived so that doesn't explain why service was so slow. There were lots of employees walking around. We were seated without menus, about 7 minutes went by before we got them...we looked up and the server was gone! We at that point were easy to at least order drinks...It was 2 in the afternoon!!! Food was so so, I've definitely had better at the other location on Elm and Pisgah. Wouldn't visit this location again.

We love this restaurant since they serve fried whole fish and all the waiter and waitresses are very nice and attentive. Only that make me drop it to 2 stars is my two bad experiences with a staff that I found out named Miguel was so not pleasant. It happened to me 2 times. I made reservations, and when I got to the restaurant, the manager said he didn't have my reservation; I try to show him that I did call and make a reservation. The things that bothered me a lot actually is the way he treated us, is so rude! He just didn't care we're waiting that long not even apologized. The 2nd visit, same thing happened, put us to wait, for not found our reservation . I actually tried to look for the owner, to address this problem; to tell him that their manager can't take care his business. He is trying to throw people out at the door instead of taking good care of them. So sad! I forgot to tell, they finally found my two reservations...I don't know how he handling those reservation. Simply he didn't care. I enjoy the food, I love the atmosphere, I only drop to 2 stars because of the very poor and unpleasant service of the manager named Miguel! I am sorry!

I am disabled vet who came in for a nice lunch. My service dog is well trained and well behaved with more than 3000 hours of training. When I came in the lady asked me to sit outside. When I said I would sit inside she sated that the weather was nice for outside. Then when I denied again she put me in the corner on a side of the restaurant where no others were sitting. They had no idea that I spoke Spanish as I listened to them talk about my dog and me. I was so embarrassed that I left well before I finished eating. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE

Right across the street from our hotel. The portions and prices are good. Really loved the building. We got fresh gucamole and it was delicious! Service was quick and the waitress was very attentive, checking on us multiple times and making sure we had everything we needed. The place was not crowded and the temperature was comfortable. Total for 2 people was under $40 before tip.

Much better than the on-site doubletree hotel restaurant (which was trash). I would recommend going here instead of there. Or swinging by if you're in the area and looking for Mexican cuisine.

Delicious and affordable! Chips and salsa were awesome! Salsa slightly spicy. Delicious. Chips are crisp ?
