It is never fun dealing with a septic tank fluid overflow. Yuck! But I have to give a shoutout to Santa Fe. Not only were they able to squeeze us in same day as I called, but Marcela the supervisor was kind and very informative. Then to top it off their service tech Daychel was awesome! This is the first time I've owned a home with septic and not only did he do the clean out, he also gave us a ton of advice on how to maintain moving forward. We also have an old school septic system that doesn't have an easy access point. He also gave us details on how they could install one so we have less work to do when calling out our next service in 2-3 years. Highly recommend! Good people!

Quick, efficient, and informative!

Everyone I interacted with was great. From booking to pumping the whole experience was easy peasy.

What a customer service ?. I really needed the service and they saved me with very quickly responses. They surprise me with prices. Our grease trap was full and we had water backing up. I called Santa Fe Septic Tank Services and spoke with Marcela. They were completely booked however Marcela came and did the work herself.
