If you choose to live here document EVERYTHING and have security cameras. Management gave maintenance the “ok” to unlock my apartment and allow my abuser whom was not and has never been on the lease in my apartment while I was gone. This resulted in my property being destroyed, money being stolen from me and my safety jeopardized. Management told me what they did was okay as they unknowingly were recorded by myself. They didn’t pay nor apologize for the damages and what had been done. I vacated and now they choose to try to charge me for those damages plus a bunch of made up other charges. Be mindful and watch your back these people are cruel. Always document and record yourself especially when dealing with Taresa she will lie and speak to you like you are something on the bottom of her shoe. Don’t bother calling or emailing corporate they sweep it under the rug call HUD or the USDA they will guide you through the complaint process so you can report their conduct to the state which keeps them open & paid!

Amazing sums it up I am grateful for the area the community l, and my neighbors. Great place, You make it as you choose and which hat you wear. FYI it’s always best to lose the hats and just be you;) Love thy neighbor, respect one another, give compassion to those whom are troubled and not judgment for we all have a season in which we’ve struggled wether it looks the same or not it’s not your battle to win but be a tool of understanding and positive help that builds a better trust in the sense of community.
