Das “free spirit mountain yoga retreat” war für mich die perfekte Auszeit um mich auf das Wesentliche zu besinnen und bei mir anzukommen. Die Yogastunden von Samara sind perfekt angeleitet und für alle Levels geeignet. Samara schafft es eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre zu kreieren.
Gehostet wird das Retreat von Carly in der wunderschönen Wunderbarlodge und ist nebenbei noch eine begnadete, kreative Köchin und eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Das Retreat hab ich mit einem berührten Herz und vielen neuen Bekanntschaften verlassen ?

This was such a wonderful day, I’ve been trying to pick my favourite part & I just can’t. Great company, lovely well thought out yoga - 2 different classes for morning and afternoon. Great lunch location which gave everyone a chance to chat & connect before our mediation hike & swim to tune into the breathtaking nature of the mountains. The accommodation was a perfect location & so nice, loved the garden ceremonies followed by a yummy nourishing dinner. Thanks so much Carly & Sammy, was just what I needed for a little reset & me time (with a top bunch of people). See you next time x

Yoga Retreat day - Immediately in the morning I felt completely welcomed, embraced into a group of ladies where, regardless of size, ability or beliefs, we became a community. The morning yoga session was amazing and I felt my stress flitter away. Peace and harmony was then followed by a good old natter and laugher over lunch which lift my spirit even higher. A nap after lunch left me ready, wanting more, and the afternoon session was perfect, homemade cake, huge variety of teas all served with love in an adorable chalet setting. Then another yoga session where Sammi's soothing voice had me floating away to another realm. The lesson on making altars and the firepit ceremony brought a lump to my throat, very emotional. Carly's lovingly prepared dinner was exceptional , every dish thoughtfully done and hit the spot - food for the soul. To say I went home relaxed, happy and at peace is an understatement. Thank you ladies for the most restful nights sleep in a long time. Can I come back next time too please?

I can’t even choose my favorite part of the day, because the whole day was fabulous!! From the power yoga and we CAN NOT forget the most zen’d out yin/yoga nidra in the evening, followed by the delicious feast Carly prepared. I left feeling wholesome and extremely relaxed. I wish I could give a 5 star rating to attention to detail! Thanks so much girls, I can’t wait to do it all again!!

Loved this chalet. Fantastic location in the heart of St Anton, close to everything. Carly was really helpful-great host.Couldn’t fault this place, only wish our trip was longer!

Sammy and Carly were great hosts.
The organisation of the day was superb.
The chalet is beautiful and could not be in a better location in St Anton. Carly did a fantastic job to make it feel like our home for the day. The food was so incredible we could not stop eating.
The yoga sessions led by Sammy were, as always, exactly what we needed. All the activities throughout the day were perfect for refreshing the mind!
Thank you so much to Sammy and Carly for such a wonderful day, I can't wait until we do it all again!!!!
