I had a horrible experience with Erika. She was extremely rude when I asked her to exchange an item for another item of the same value(that’s how it was labeled). They then charged me an extra 75cents for the same item in a different flavor. Just an over all disappointing experience.

I was minding my own business when an out of town lady came and asked Erika if there was bathroom she could use. Erika's immediate reply was NO .. Followed by " you can go to your house or look around " the out of town ladies jaw dropped with Erika's arrogant attitude. I myself asked if I could get a pizza slice heated and was denied. She said what's in the heater is done and not reheatable in the toaster-oven. Some people need their food fully cooked due to bacteria. I kept my receipt just in case I have to return with a doctor's bill. See if anyone cares then.

ERIKA Is a huge issue.Avoid her if you can.went in with my sister to get ice for our drinks.The sign on the door saying cash only because their system is down.My sister only had a dollar in cash cause all of our money is on a card so we didn’t know if the price was just 50c for ice in general or for each cup we had three bottles.We rang up the ice and it came out to 1.50$ we told her didn’t have the extra 50 cent in cash so she took one of the bottles and dumped the ice out and said “next time have the money”.All she had to say was she couldn’t let us have the last bottle of ice because we didn’t have the 50c change and that would’ve been it.We had the money it was just on out cards it’s not OUR fault YOUR system is down.The manger was so nice and tried to de-escalate the situation.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Whoever is over this location needs to FIX her attitude before someone else does.

The evening shift lady tried to charge me for creamer when they are clearly free and was extremely rude and condescending for me wanting to purchase something. They don’t care about your purchases nor value clients at all . Hope someone Reprimands this employee or teaches them better communication skills for the interactions with the general public

I grew up in the area…. in the morning everyone knows what they’re doing but at night Jesus Christ good luck . Almost everyone has inadequate training especially with anything involving then711 wallet. How do I have to walk you through the process and I’m not even an employee. The only two who know anything are Sok and Janet. They’re the only reason it has more than one star . Edit: I tried to ask about the Zero sugar option on the slurpee machine as a diabetic and everyone didn’t care t answer , including a snobby lady who “is off the clock” but was behind the counter .
