worst delivery company I've ever encountered. If you're a business or a brand, you will lose customers working with them to deliver your packages. you may even go out of business if you opt for these guys over other options. run, do not walk, in the opposite direction when you see their name anywhere near to your shipping/receiving plans. I had to give them 1 star but wish I could give them 0 stars. I'm sure the other reviews feel the same way.

Really Bad carrier. Trying to contact them regarding my lost package. Still don't have an answer from them.
An automatic message pops up when you try to call them!!
The only way to reach them is through email, but who knows if is still an automatic reply with the same message.. ?

No company should use this service. Phone number leads to no one, contact email no response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Tracking is useless, 4K in missing product. No one to contact. Useless service- save your self time and your client. The seller is also having issues finding where my items are. Acts like a shell company.

They do not relay delivery instructions to their drivers. Their negligence caused issues in getting my package, and they are not taking responsibility. To be honest I’m not sure why anybody would use this company over UPS, fedex, even usps.

Take ur money and business to
The professionals (fedex &USPS). This company shouldn’t even be in business with there poor customer service. The company doesn’t provide proper service like a helpline or display deliver dates and times. This company should be renamed “attempted delivery “ instead of “deliver it”
Ps I would give negative stars if I could.

Trash company full of thieves with even worse customer service. I had two packages, and they took a photo of one and kept the second package, which just happened to be expensive shoes and claimed they delivered all of it. It's on sight next time

Ordered an iPhone. When I received the tracking number, I expected FedEx like usual, but it took me to Deliver-It's website. I thought, "Oh, okay. This must be a local delivery service, or something. It's probably legit." Mmm... No.

First off, I need to say that my package was delivered, thankfully. It seems like I was lucky enough not to encounter some of the horror stories shared here by others, but I wasn't free from my own headaches. I received text messages from both Apple and Deliver-It telling me that my package was out for delivery. Unfortunately, my package never arrived that day. I know things happen due to various circumstances, but this delivery service did not even bother to update the status on the order (which is what other delivery/courier services normally do in these situations). When I tried to navigate their half-completed template of a website in order to communicate with them, I was led in circles and was ultimately unable to make any sort of contact.

A random dude in an old minivan pulled up and left my package on the doorstep the following morning at 7:30 AM (according to my cameras). I didn't get to it until a bit later (I didn't receive a message telling me it was delivered until 8:40 AM), but thankfully everything seemed to be in order. When I checked the tracking number on Deliver-It's website again later that day, they seemed to have erased all the information regarding the day before and made it look like the package was picked up and delivered "on time," as intended.

I wish vendors would be a bit more diligent in their research and choose more honest and reliable courier/delivery services.
